It's a quick 5 minute walk to Ladbroke Grove Tube station giving you easy access to the rest of London. Ideal location for those wanting to enjoy the annual Carnival. The private back garden is a lovely place to enjoy morning tea or an afternoon G&T.

The Space

This cozy (672sq ft / 62.4 sq mt), bright, well-equipped, apartment is ideal for a family. It features a zero step entry, a double-sized bed, a pull out sofa bed and a fold down sofa bed. The kitchen is compact and features a 4 burner hob (cooktop) and oven, microwave, refrigerator / freezer, a clothes washer/dryer and a dishwasher. Small appliances include a kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee maker. It's fully equipped with all the dishes, utensils, cookware, and glassware you'll need. The bathrooms have a shower (no tub). There is a dining table with room for 6 or for 2 with a laptop, keyboard, and mouse.

The location cannot be beat. 5 minute walk to Ladbroke Grove Tube (Circle Line, Hammersmith & City Line zone 2). 3 minute (or less) walk to the bus stops. 2 minute walk to Tesco (supermarket). 15 second walk to the wonderful Portobello Road with its many bars, restaurants and shops, as well as street market that operates almost every day. Find all sorts of treasures on one end, fruit and veg on the other!

Recommended mostly for adults and perhaps a child. Sofa bed is big enough for 2 people, the master bed is fine for 2. No pets, smoking, or parties, use the nearby pubs! If you must smoke, stick to the garden and be courteous, it's just below our neighbours garden.
